Office Tasks Manager

Bringing Clarity to Team Workflows

Bringing Clarity to Team Workflows

It started with a simple observation:

What would a music platform look like if it actually felt like music?
Teams were completing tasks — but updates were scattered across chats, emails, and different tools. Ownership wasn’t always clear. Progress wasn’t always visible.
The friction wasn’t effort.
It was structure.

Instead of adding more features, I focused on reducing noise.

The goal wasn’t to build a complex dashboard. It was to create a single, reliable source of truth.
A space where:
  • Tasks are clearly assigned
  • Status is immediately visible
  • Progress can be understood at a glance

Rather than overwhelming users with heavy analytics or charts, I designed a clean, role-based dashboard.

Tasks are grouped in structured cards. Status indicators are visually distinct and easy to scan. Filtering is simplified to minimize cognitive load.
Every decision supported one principle:

If users need to think too hard, the system is failing.

Office Tasks Manager became a structured, intuitive internal tool designed to improve transparency and reduce friction in collaborative environments.

Through this project, I translated operational complexity into a clear, scalable digital system.
